Prestige Estates Projects Ltd is entering in the capital markets with an initial public offering, IPO of Rs 1200 crore. The price band for the issue has been fixed at Rs 172/- at lower level and Rs 183/- at upper level for equity share of Rs 10/-.
Prestige Estates Projects Ltd is a Bangalore based company involve in real estate development. Prestige Estates is south India’s largest real estate development company.
The issue opens on Oct 12, 2010, and closes for subscription on Oct 14, 2010. The equity shares of the company are proposed to be listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and National Stock Exchange (NSE).
