Larsen and Toubro (L&T) touched an intraday high of Rs 1,768.35 and an intraday low of Rs 1,706. At 11:37 hrs the share was quoting at Rs 1,734.50, up Rs 16.90, or 0.98%.
The company is looking to sell electricals and electronics business. The company board has approved sale of electricals business yesterday.
